Architecture

    Our style of architecture will be unique. It will be far from the well known styles. It's beauty will be the most beautiful in all seasons. Through rain, snow, sleet, and sunshine, the buildings will always blend in to their environment. Columns never seen before will rest at the entrance to the city. Buildings will posses designs that have never even been thought of. Ever thing will have a futuristic quality to it.

Laws

  Our laws are simple. Just follow the Ten Commandments. You pay for nothing except your cruise to the island. You are not allowed to eat oturageous amounts of food or use outrageous amounts of water. Crime is not allowed. Simple as that. If you do not wish to go by our laws, well...bye bye for you.

Government

    The government's form will be a democracy. People will rule themselves. The government might change due to the people's decisions. If using democracy creates chaos, it will definately change. We will try to keep the island as peaceful as possible.

Community

    The community will be a fair one. The houses will all look the same. That way, you could not distinguish from what would be the rich or the poor. Equality will be a factor, although the insides of all houses will be decorated by the owner. All houses will be located close to the beach while some will be in the center of the island for safety purposes(hurricanes). The heart of the island will be known as downtown.

Utopia Street Art

     Street art will be allowed in certain places. There will be no graffiti allowed. Only sculptures and paintings. The only place it will be allowed is downtown. Therefore, downtown will look like an art exhibit.

Individuality

     Diversity is what makes up the island. We take all types of people. Every country that you can think of, that's a country where we except people. We don't stop you from celebrating your customs. This is an island where you can be you and not someone that you're not.

Daily Life/Economy

     The daily life in this utopia is a calm one. First of all, everybody wakes up no later than 10am. You'll get up, get ready. and eat breakfast. Lunch will be served at 1pm. Dinner will be served at 7pm. Swimming will be allowed through all times of the day. It will be just like the regular day of a normal everyday life like we live in now, except there will be limits.
     Crime will not be allowed. Criminals or mental cases will not be allowed on the island. Any people who decide to become mental cases or criminals while on the island will be shot with a tranquilizer dart, and tossed into the ocean with a small boat and a rubber floaty.
     The island is expense free. Absolutely no paying for anything other than the cruise to the island.
    Emotions will be allowed on the island. There are no limits to emotions. You can feel the way that you feel, and everybody will try to help you the best that they can.
    We will try to make the island a true utopia. It won't fit every ones needs, after all, there is no mass produced human, but I hope the island will be given a chance by those who seek peace.
